8. How to Delete the App

To remove the Fortitude Direct app from your device:

Android (via Play Store or device):

• Tap and hold the app icon
• Select Uninstall
• Confirm deletion

iOS (iPhone/iPad):

• Tap and hold the app icon
• Tap Remove App
• Confirm deletion

Note: Deleting the app does not delete your Fortitude Direct account or stored personal data.

9. How to Delete Your Fortitude Direct Account & Data

We comply with Google Play's user data deletion requirements. You have full control over your account and personal data.

Option 1: In-App Account Deletion

1. Open the Fortitude Direct app
2. Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
3. Follow the on-screen instructions
4. You will receive a confirmation when your account and all personal data are deleted

Once your account is deleted, it cannot be restored, and all data will be permanently removed unless retention is required by law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in the app and on our website with the updated effective date.
